The Members

Tonje Gjevjon - is the director and have the artistic resposibility of the group and one of the founders of The Hungry Hearts..

Tonje is an audiovisual performance artist and for the last few years has been composing music, making films, writing lyrics and taking care of the business side of things for The Hungry Hearts. She graduated from Bergen National Academy of the Arts, Academy of Fine Arts in 1999. Member of the Norwegian Visual Artists Association.

 

 

Edith Roth Gjevjon is a PhD candidate in Nursing Science and one of the founders of The Hungry Hearts.. 

Edith often has the lead vocal and are responsible for the sound and technical equpment. Member of the Norwegian Visual Artists Association.

 

 

 

Line Halvorsen is a visual artist and photographer and one of the founders of The Hungry Hearts..

Line is a visual artist specializing in photography. She shares the responsibility of photography and development of the visual expression with Tonje. Member of the Norwegian Visual Artists Association.

 

Ingeborg Kolle works with animation and media and one of the founders of The Hungry Hearts.

She has developed the alter ego The Pantyhose Lady and has a significant role in the development of the backing vocals. 

 

 

Mona Krager is an MD, specialized in radiology and one of the latest members.

Mona is one of the dance instructors on the Hazuki-dance in the music video In Your Face. Mona is often used as a live installation and object. 

 

Henriette Høyskel is a nurse and one of the latest members.

Henriette is also one of the dance instructors on the Hazuki-dance in the music video In Your Face. Her role in The Hungry Hearts is to be a seductive object on stage and in videos.

 

Mona Klubben is a visual artist and one of the latest members.

Mona has her art education from Oslo National Academy of the Arts, Academy of Fine Arts and Cultural Studies in Telemark University College. She is a backing vocalist and a moving object in The Hungry Hearts. 

 

Ellen Frøysaa is a visual artist and one of the latest members. 

Ellen graduated from Oslo Academy of the Arts, Visual Art in 2002 (MA). She is a backing vocalist in The Hungry Hearts and contributes in the development of our visual expressions. 

 

Nina Bergström is an animator and a filmmaker/director and one of the latest members of The Hungry Hearts.
