Former members

Amina Bech works with camera based art and performance. She currently lives in Berlin. Amina was a member of The Hungry Hearts from 2009-2010. She toured with the band to Berlin and Japan and performed with us at various art scenes in Norway during her short stay in the band.

Sofia Varino is a theorist in the field of culture and communication and a performance artist based in New York. She was a member of The Hungry Hearts from 2006-2009, touring and filming with the band in London, Birmingham, Paris, Osaka, Storås and Lofoten. Sofia was one of the original members of the performance band called "Sofia and the Secret Band", later "The Hungry Hearts".
